PREPARATION FOR THE QUICK AND EASY VEGAN SANDWICH
Step 1: Cut the mushrooms and the peppers at medium size. Put the slices in a bowl and after that add salt and pepper and mix them. Then in a heat pan, we add the vegan butter and we add the mushrooms and the peppers in the pan to be fried for around 8 minutes.
Step 2: Clean the avocado, then cut into pieces. Make the same procedure with the tomatoes and add salt and pepper.
Step 3: Open the bread at half, add the vegan sour cream inside the bread, add the cheese. Onto the cheese put the fried peppers and mushrooms. The next is the avocado and by desire you can add a barbecue sauce.
