50 ml yogurt

4 pieces of bread
Crack the eggs and mix them. After that add the 50 ml of yogurt and salt & pepper and continue with mixing until the ingredients are mixed well.
Cut the pieces of bread at half, and one by one immerse them into the mixture of eggs, yogurt and salt & pepper.
Heat around 200 ml of oil in a pan and easily put the immersed pieces of bread to cook on both sides. Breads are ready in a couple of minutes, after they will obtain brown color.
Important note: The perfect combination for deep fried bread comes with a glass of yogurt and goat cheese.
