Our Delicious French Omelette Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Basic ingredients:

Fresh basil leaves

60 grams of Cheddar Cheese

French Omelette

PREPARATION

First stage of preparation for French Omelette is to crack the eggs into a bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper and beat them well with a whisk or a fork. Heat the oil or butter in a frying pan, we prefer non sticky pan, and pour the eggs in the frying pan.

Until the bottom of the omelette is lightly set, in the middle of the omelette fill with cheese and prosciutto till the cheese be melted. Increase the heat and fold the omelette at half, and 30 seconds after that flip the French Omelette on the other side, until the color of the bottom is brown enough. Our suggestion for garnish isn’t like the basic one for omelette, but if you want to add a garnish then we propose fresh tomato and cucumber or as you can see from the picture – your favorite tomato sauce on a leaf of lettuce on the side.
