Fussili 250 grams
Sun-dried tomatoes 30 grams
Half a tomato (1/2 tomato)
Black olives 30 grams
Corn 30 grams
Canned tuna 50 grams
Quarter an onion (1/4 onion)
First thing you need to do to make this Fresh Vegetarian Pasta is to boil the pasta for 7 to 8 minutes and beware that the pasta won’t be over-boiled or overcooked – to be “al dente” which in translation means “cooked so as to be still firm when bitten”. For the time when the fussilies are boiling, we are preparing the rest of the ingredients. Meanwhile, 1/4 onion and 1/2 tomato are chopped in slight pieces, while black olives are chopped at half.
When the fussilis are boiled, we move them into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. During mixing we add a pinch of salt and pepper and a bit of oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. The recipe of Fresh Vegetarian Pasta is around 500 grams in total.
This recipe also can be used as a cold salad.
