Carbonara pasta is one of the most easiest and most simple recipes that can be prepared. Its one of the most popular pastas in the world, with its origins from Italy, of course. The first thing we need to do is to put the pasta for boiling in a pot until it become “al dente”. Time needed for this is about 8 minutes.
Then we cut the bacon on a diced pieces and in meanwhile we put a pan to be heated and we add the ¼ butter. The pieces of bacon we add into the pan, and we are frying the bacon until it become crispy. The boiled pasta we add into the pan alongside the bacon, we add half a glass of water, a parmesan cheese and salt & pepper for a taste. We mix them and remove the pan from the fire. Then we break the egg into the pasta, also we shouldn’t forgot that the pan don’t have to be on heating – when putting the egg. We mix the ingredients well until the egg isn’t aggregated with the rest of the ingredients. For decoration we use a shaping parmesan and a parsley leaf. And your delicious carbonara pasta is ready!
