7 grams yeast

PREPARATION FOR THE BEST PIZZA DOUGH
By putting the yeast into a small glass of warm water, in order to be melted enough and then wait for the yeast to become bigger in the glass.
In a big bowl we put the flour and we add sugar and salt, then put the glass with the yeast into the flour, we mix these ingredients and slowly add water and oil, and be careful to keep some oil for the end. When almost ready, we add the rest of the oil for the dough to be more elastic. We clearly know that the dough is ready when the dough isn’t getting sticky on our hands. After establishing that the dough is ready, we leave it for about 15-20 minutes on a room temperature. After that, start making balls that their shape will look like a pizza and put the balls in the fridge for about 4 hours. By your choice, you can make small or big balls – depending on your priorities and desires.
Tips: Take care of the salt precision, because if you don’t do that, then the dough may lose its entity. Our suggestion is to use a perfect Italian flour tip 00 and in this case you don’t need sugar. The sugar is adding because it gives a color to the dough. Add double flour than you add water. And your best pizza dough is finally ready! Enjoy in making your homemade pizza!
