The green salad with fresh baby mozzarella & avocado is very easy to prepare and can also be very refreshing in the summer days. You all gonna love it!
Depends on your desires and needs, you can add additional ingredients. For one person only, we recommend the mix of the salad to be 200 grams.
The first step to start making this salad is cutting the lettuce with a plastic knife, so that the vitamins from the lettuce remain 100%. After that we wash the avocado, and then we remove the skin and the bone from the middle – and we are cutting it on a oblong slices. In one plate we add the ruccola, the lettuce, baby spinach, olive oil and salt & pepper and we mixing it up. In a dish we pass the mixed salad, cherry tomato, avocado and fresh baby mozzarella.
And the salad is ready! At the end we “spray” the basil sauce all over the green salad with fresh baby mozzarella & avocado!
