Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION FOR SPAGHETTI FRUTTI DI MARE
The first step of preparing spaghetti frutti di mare is:
In one pot fill the half with a fresh water, then boil the water and put the spaghetti. Spaghetti must be “al dente” (cooked so as to be still firm when bitten). Boil them for about 6-8 minutes.
The prawns, mussels and the octopus put them together in a pan with a little bit of water, salt, pepper and a bit of garlic, and cook them perfectly. At the very end add the cherry tomatoes.
When ready with both steps, add the spaghetti in the pan with the rest of the ingredients. You can add half a spoon of fresh pesto as well, because the pesto is adequate with the seafood.
After finishing with cooking, just leave the whole mix for about 2 minutes in the pan for the spaghetti to get warm. At the very end add the parsley as a decoration in the plate when served.
