White fish 250 grams

Rice 150 grams

Baby corn

Butter 30 grams

 

PREPARATION FOR WHITE FISH

The procedure of preparation for the white fish on the grill is very easy and simple as well. The first thing you need to do is to boil the rice for 8-10 minutes in a pot. Then in another pot fill with water, pour the vegetable mix and the butter to boil with the addition of salt and pepper. You can also use convectomat instead of classic pot.

We turn the grill on to 200 degrees, and when the grill is heat enough, then we salt and pepper the fish and put on the grill for baking. Bake the fish on both sides. Add a lemon to have a sweet taste.
